We are always on the look out for development land and often work with home-owners to purchase spare land for development. We will look to purchase land across Warwickshire and surrounding counties with or without planning permission. It is common practice to enter into an ‘option to buy’ agreement where a price is agreed subject to us successfully obtaining planning permission. We will then prepare plans and submit to the local council for permission. If granted the purchase is completed for the agreed amount.
